BOOKING AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ:

This agreement outlines the details for your 2025 Fall Mini Session with Sam Areman Photo.

15-MIN SESSIONS:
3:40pm (BOOKED)
4:00pm (BOOKED)
4:20pm (BOOKED)
5:20pm
5:40pm

30-MIN SESSIONS:
4:40pm (BOOKED)
6:00pm

15-MINUTE SESSION DETAILS
- The session will last 15 MINUTES (5 min buffer time between sessions)
- Location: Fall nature spot in Lincoln; specific meeting details communicated the week of the session
- 30 professionally edited digital images, delivered via an online gallery within 6 weeks after the session
- License to download and print the images as you please

30-MINUTE SESSION DETAILS
- The session will last 30 MINUTES (10 min buffer time between sessions)
- Location: Fall nature spot in Lincoln; specific meeting details communicated the week of the session
- 60 professionally edited digital images, delivered via an online gallery within 6 weeks after the session
- You will receive a license to download and print the images as you please

* The session fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This amount is nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another party.

*Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you are ready when your session time starts – due to the back-to-back nature of sessions, we are unable to exceed the allotted time. Late arrivals will not receive a refund.

*Weather: in the event the shoot needs to be canceled due to unsafe and SEVERE weather conditions (i.e. lightning, heavy rain, tornado warning, etc), a reschedule date will try to be planned and communicated. If you are unable to make the new date or one is not scheduled, you will be refunded. Note: sessions may still take place in less than perfect conditions (i.e. mild wind, cloud coverage, chilly temps, etc).
